Step 2.
Meal Preparation Day.

On cooking day, Chef Keith will shop for ingredients, promising the freshest available, and bring all necessary equipment to complete your meals. Once prepared, Chef Keith will package and label your meals, clean your kitchen, and leave your meals in the freezer with the first two meals left in your refrigerator.

You will come home to a wonderful aroma, a clean kitchen and dinner is ready for the oven!
