Chef Keith has always shown a great appreciation for food and the way it connects to people, their families and friends. Believing that simplicity and great ingredients say it all, it was of no surprise that this was the chosen career path for this artistic and passionate chef.
Graduating from Stratford Career Institute with Honours in Gourmet Cooking and Catering, and wanting to build upon his abilities, skills and techniques, Chef Keith has worked in some of the best seasonal resorts, hotels, golf courses and restaurants in southern Ontario.
His specialties include in-home dinner parties, prepared packaged meals, backyard seasonal barbeques, special occasion intimate dinners and monthly bulk freezing.
Keith Little holds a Ministry of Ontario
Red Seal Trade Certificate, a Gourmet Cooking and Catering Diploma from
Stratford Career Institute, a region of Waterloo Food Safety Training
Certificate and is Chef/Owner of Little Bite Different personal chef
Chef Keith is located in Kitchener
Waterloo, loves the local markets, the cultural diversity and the
inspiration he gets from the area. It makes catering any event,
always a pleasure.
